COVID-19 Update

Hello to our valued Lake Michigan Animal Hospital Family!

To all of our valued clients, we are very excited to announce that we will be updating our COVID 19 protocol to reflect the recent changes made by MIOSHA starting June 24th, 2021.

Our new COVID 19 protocol is as follows:

Masks are optional when entering the building. If you would prefer the staff member you are working with to wear a mask we will happily accommodate you. If you are experiencing any Covid symptoms we ask that you reschedule your appointment or remain curbside.

If you need to remain curbside for any reason we are happy to continue to provide that service for you.

We will continue to use curbside service at this time for all food and medication pickups. Please continue to call to place your order ahead of time and pay over the phone if possible. Please call when you arrive and we will deliver your products to you in your vehicle.

Please continue to be patient with our staff as we are adjusting to this new protocol. Please remember that wait times may be even longer during this transition.
